What you will do
- Develop and execute HR transformation strategies focused on AI innovation and future workforce needs.
- Direct the design and integration of HR technologies, including Workday enhancements and AI-driven automation.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for AI deployment and system configuration.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Product Owners to drive digital adoption and process excellence.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Legal stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
- Oversee project delivery, prioritizing resources and managing dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience with Workday, including HRIS support and optimization.
- Proven experience in large-scale technology implementation and HR transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, and intelligent automation tools in an HR context.
- Experience designing and configuring AI agents or virtual assistants.
- Skilled in design thinking, solution architecture, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Workday implementation experience in Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Time Tracking.
- Exposure to AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and data privacy frameworks.
- Experience combining RPA with NLP or decision engines for dynamic workflows.
