What you will do

  • Provide 3rd line technical support for gaming systems to internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain and participate in regular system configurations to support diverse gaming initiatives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the backend and frontend infrastructure.
  • Communicate with providers and business stakeholders to clarify operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to support platform containerization and scalability efforts.

Requirements

  • Expertise in 3rd line technical support and resolving complex product issues.
  • Proficiency in backend engineering with C# .NET and microservices development.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working alongside QA engineers on manual and automation testing processes.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud-based development and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Understanding of database management using MS SQL, Redis, or Couchbase.
