What you will do
- Translate customer problems into scalable solutions incorporating Belden products, software, and third-party offerings.
- Create solution roadmaps and common reference architectures to enable repeatability and identify product portfolio gaps.
- Develop solution launch plans including commercial and marketing activities.
- Support sales, field applications engineering, and solution consultants with value propositions and strategic pricing.
- Lead long-term strategy and vision for data center solutions.
- Collaborate with customers, sales leaders, and solution consultants to ensure solutions leverage scale across verticals.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering with minimum 5 years in business development, product or solution management in telecommunications, IT, or datacom.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT networking technologies including Ethernet IP, SD-WAN, Wifi, 5GNR, PON, WDM.
- Experience with CRM tools such as SFDC and DeskPro.
- Proven ability to analyze data, communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences, and present solutions professionally.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
