What you will do
- Lead strategic outbound and inbound sales efforts to engage and convert enterprise customers
- Support customers through Proof of Concept phases and translate evaluations into long-term contracts
- Manage deal negotiations and collaborate with legal, technical, and implementation teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Develop deep understanding of Mistral’s AI platform to address technical questions
- Share customer insights internally to inform product and strategy development
Requirements
- Location: Paris, France with hybrid work format
- Experience in strategy consulting or investment banking
- Strong commercial mindset with bias for execution and deal-making
- Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Nice to have
- Experience in large transformation projects (AI, infrastructure, telecom, energy, digital)
- Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Previous sales, business development, or deal closing experience
