What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts in the Meddit region, from pipeline generation to renewal.
- Establish Notion's market presence and build long-term customer relationships for digital transformation.
- Engage with C-level executives and IT leaders to develop tailored AI-led solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases for various departments.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning.
- Provide market insights to Product and Go-to-Market teams to influence roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals.
- Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across the Meddit region.
- Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or operating as the first representative in-region.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter.
Nice to have
- Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company or in a similar greenfield environment.
- Understanding of SaaS consolidation, workplace transformation, or productivity tooling.
- Knowledge of how to localize go-to-market messaging and tactics for culturally diverse markets.
