What you will do
- Handle administrative and technical tasks for opening, setting up, modifying, and closing accounts.
- Set special trading parameters for customers and business partners.
- Provide assistance to Business Development staff.
- Calculate commissions for partners.
- Respect procedures and manage exceptions.
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training (CFC as a minimum).
- Strong interest and ideally 1 year of experience related to the banking environment and/or Foreign Exchange market.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- Capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt in a continuously changing environment.
