  • Collaborate on creative technical demonstrations to communicate complex AI policy issues effectively.
  • Use AI tools aggressively and creatively daily to surface insights and improve research efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical policy research, think tank work, or applied research.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce external-facing research such as white papers or policy reports.
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in San Francisco, CA.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical ML research and non-technical stakeholder communication.
