Requirements

  • At least a couple of years of experience in leading people.
  • Solid understanding of application & system development and Agile practices.
  • Refined prioritization skills.
  • Strong understanding of how to drive a thriving Engineering culture.
  • Experience in coaching and developing teams career wise.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Nice to have

  • Background in security, SOC operations, compliance frameworks, or regulatory standards.
  • Understanding of security processes and governance.
