  • Follow instructions and manage scheduled event timings.
  • Implement production details, company policies, and procedures.
  • Manage all vendors and brief with the venue.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of events, dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Manage unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.
  • Provide photographs and feedback after each event.

Requirements

  • 2+ years event management experience (preferred).
  • Keen interest and passion in live music and delivering events (preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Highly competent in team/people management.
  • Assertive and measured in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude, leading by example and working well under pressure.

Nice to have
