What you will do
- Follow instructions and manage scheduled event timings.
- Implement production details, company policies, and procedures.
- Manage all vendors and brief with the venue.
- Ensure high-quality execution of events, dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Manage unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.
- Provide photographs and feedback after each event.
Requirements
- 2+ years event management experience (preferred).
- Keen interest and passion in live music and delivering events (preferred).
- Exceptional customer service.
- Highly competent in team/people management.
- Assertive and measured in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, leading by example and working well under pressure.
