What you will do

  • Maintain and expand partner relationships through performance reviews and strategic planning.
  • Assist partners throughout the sales process from value proposition to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to support channel strategies and boost ARR.
  • Recruit and onboard new business partners aligned with strategic growth goals.
  • Oversee contracts, agreements, and rewards programs to optimize partner satisfaction and compliance.
  • Track KPIs and report on channel operations and growth prospects to senior management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • University degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in partner sales or partner relationship management, ideally in SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Strong sales acumen, analytical skills, and commercial understanding.
