What you will do

  • Review and process player withdrawal requests according to company policies and regulations.
  • Verify player identities and documentation through KYC procedures.
  • Conduct fraud and risk checks to identify multi-accounting or promotional abuse.
  • Escalate suspicious activities to the AML and risk teams.
  • Coordinate with payment providers to resolve transaction failures or payout issues.
  • Monitor payout workflows to identify operational inefficiencies or security risks.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in payment operations, fraud analysis, or financial operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review financial transactions accurately.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and standard fraud detection procedures.
  • Experience using operational tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets for financial tracking.
  • Must be available to work within the ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
  • Proficiency in written English for internal team coordination.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sweepstakes casinos, online gaming, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with ACH, digital wallets, and prepaid card payment methods.
