Deployment and Resourcing Analyst (Smart Metering): Planning, coordinating, and analysing the deployment of smart meters and associated assets across the region with an accent on ensuring optimal allocation of field resources and accurate tracking of installations. Location: We operate a flexible, hybrid working environment with the candidate required to travel to our Warrington office up to twice a week.
Salary: £32-£37k depending on experience

What you will do
- Develop and maintain deployment schedules aligned with programme milestones.
- Analyse resource requirements and availability to support deployment activities.
- Validate and analyse installation data for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, third-party contractors, and customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in deployment or field operations within utilities or telecoms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualisation.
- Experience in resource planning or workforce management.
- Understanding of smart metering systems and operational planning best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working on smart metering programmes.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Ofwat, Ofgem).
