What you will do
- Actively contribute to the development and growth of the Procurement department by bringing fresh perspectives and procurement expertise to internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end procurement projects autonomously including RFI, RFP, and direct negotiations across all spend categories.
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders involved in the purchasing process to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Support internal stakeholders in implementing and maintaining a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) approach.
- Contribute to daily Procurement operations including contract management tool updates, savings reporting, and corporate card management.
- Participate in integrating artificial intelligence into daily processes, including creating AI agents to automate recurring tasks and optimize team productivity.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1/M2) in Procurement from a business school or university program.
- Previous experience within a Procurement department, ideally gained in an e-commerce/digital company or start-up.
- Looking for a 1-2 year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- Rigorous, sociable, organized, proactive, and autonomous.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and Mirakl's business sector.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
