What you will do

  • Communicate with internal customer support to resolve dispute requests.
  • Process dispute-related transactions in internal and card scheme systems (Visa and MasterCard platforms).
  • Review card transaction monitoring alerts to flag suspicious activity outside normal patterns.
  • Investigate and take immediate action on alerts, notifications, and reporting to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve issues on behalf of card holders in support of dispute resolution processing, comparing alternatives and deciding on appropriate approaches.
  • Explore new ways to help improve existing fraud strategies and continuously improve product and job knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations department.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical abilities and capability to think out of the box.
  • Able to work within a team, manage stress, and handle high volumes.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute rules and regulations.
