What you will do
- Support operational onboarding and manage HR processes and documentation for the full employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate updates in HR Information Systems and manage benefits and time-off administration.
- Build strong internal relationships and provide guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and collaborate with international HR benefit providers.
- Prepare ad hoc reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Location: Athens, Greece
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in fast-paced or international environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience with benefits administration, onboarding-offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
