What you will do
- Define partnership growth strategy, segmentation, and prioritization
- Lead executive negotiations and close complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Elevate partnership strategy, processes, and execution with best practices
- Drive alignment with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Define KPIs and iterate on partnership strategy to improve results
- Hire, lead, and develop an international Business Growth team
Requirements
- Extensive experience in partnerships and business growth within fintech, trading, or crypto
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head, or Director)
- Strong commercial mindset with proven track record of closing complex deals
- Experienced people leader able to build and scale international teams
- Comfortable working in a data-driven environment and collaborating cross-functionally
