What you will do

  • Conduct engaging live product demonstrations via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for prospective clients
  • Clearly communicate software value and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Provide phone-based support and troubleshooting to existing clients
  • Identify client needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales opportunities
  • Escalate complex technical issues to internal support teams

Requirements

  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Victoria, Australia Time
  • Experience in software demonstrations, SaaS sales, or technical pre-sales
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems
  • Reliable internet connection and own computer required
