What you will do

  • Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients.
  • Assist in managing and updating the CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data.
  • Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources.
  • Assist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing Affiliates and clients.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with customers, including online webinars and offline events.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial-related field.
  • A strong interest in sales, crypto, and financial markets.
  • Previous exposure in a client-facing role is required.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (written and verbal) is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Organized with attention to details but excellent time management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
