What you will do

  • Lead alignment between organisational strategy and the digital assessment initiative.
  • Lead the co-development of the digital assessment proposition and supporting business cases.
  • Enhance the governance and assurance framework for the initiative.
  • Propose and agree design options, resource models, and investment choices with initiative leadership team and Sponsors.
  • Hold end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of agreed programme outcomes.
  • Maintain active oversight of delivery risk and complexity.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering high-volume assessment services in an education or certification environment.
  • Extensive experience leading large scale, multiyear business transformation projects involving technology within complex and regulated environments.
  • Proven experience owning and resolving high stakes, critical project issues end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross functional teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Track record of managing projects with budgets in excess of $50M.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
