What you will do
- Oversee and complete medium-sized tasks and tickets independently.
- Identify gaps in systems and make appropriate adjustments to existing architecture.
- Develop resilient and sustainable solutions from implementation to production.
- Diagnose production issues and assess performance degradation using monitoring and appropriate tooling.
- Articulate solutions via clean, simple designs and well-written documentation.
- Provide thoughtful feedback on PR reviews and mentorship for entry-level team members.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or Configuration Specialist supporting Salesforce.
- Proficiency configuring and optimizing workflows such as Salesforce Flows.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflow automation, and core technical concepts.
- Ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system configuration issues.
- Experience integrating systems and validating data flows between platforms, with familiarity using tools such as Postman or Salesforce Workbench to interact with REST APIs considered an asset.
- Ability to clearly document and communicate technical solutions through structured documentation.
