What you will do

  • Oversee core administrative operations including facilities, office coordination, and document management.
  • Support talent acquisition activities such as pre-hire administration and employee onboarding.
  • Manage the lifecycle of contracts, NDAs, and MSAs to minimize operational and legal risk.
  • Monitor and administer budgets for office operations, supplies, and vendor services.
  • Prepare operational reports and dashboards to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure internal compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, management, commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administrative services.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a middle management role.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams with diplomacy and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive, ambiguous situations with discretion.
