What you will do

  • Build knowledge of the client’s business, organization, and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring quality assurance and attainment of KPIs and SLAs.
  • Anticipate and minimize risks on projects at both micro and macro levels.
  • Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders, setting and managing expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest constructive changes.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in project reviews, communicating relevant information and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting with experience managing a recruiting team.
  • Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
  • Prior experience in hiring for Technology, Sales, and Corporate Functions within the Tech space is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting standards, SLAs, and SOW.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Track record of success in leading and motivating a delivery team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with clients in English.
  • Must adhere to a hybrid working model: 2 days onsite (Depot Road, Singapore) and 3 days WFH.

  • Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
