What you will do
- Build knowledge of the client’s business, organization, and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, ensuring quality assurance and attainment of KPIs and SLAs.
- Anticipate and minimize risks on projects at both micro and macro levels.
- Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders, setting and managing expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest constructive changes.
- Prepare for and actively participate in project reviews, communicating relevant information and resolving issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting with experience managing a recruiting team.
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
- Prior experience in hiring for Technology, Sales, and Corporate Functions within the Tech space is an advantage.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting standards, SLAs, and SOW.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Track record of success in leading and motivating a delivery team.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with clients in English.
- Must adhere to a hybrid working model: 2 days onsite (Depot Road, Singapore) and 3 days WFH.

- Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
