What you will do

  • Source and enroll new Partners.
  • Negotiate Partner Agreements and coordinate Partner’s program launch.
  • Manage Partner relationships to promote loan generation.
  • Work with management team to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Provide input for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Represent WCC in the marketplace with professionalism and integrity.

  • Excellent communication and sales skills and ability to interact professionally with partners, vendors and all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with leadership, managers, and employees of Partners both in-person and via telephone and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional personal discipline and time management.
  • Adaptability to new processes and systems.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel.
