What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable enterprise automation solutions using RPA platforms combined with AI-driven automation technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of automation environments, including infrastructure setup, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Develop intelligent workflows leveraging AI capabilities such as document understanding and agentic AI to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and implement high-impact automation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience developing and delivering automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise automation architectures.
- Experience leveraging AI-enhanced RPA capabilities such as UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or Power Automate Copilot.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or similar for automation and integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in cross-functional technical environments.
