Requirements
- Strong backend engineering capability (Golang, Java, or .NET).
- Strong hands-on experience building and operating distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane or similar).
- Proven track record leading platform or reliability transformations.
- Ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
