What you will do

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues related to PAS|X software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and technical product issues, including network and OS areas.
• Ensure tickets are created, updated, and resolved within SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with global headquarters for knowledge transfer and process improvements.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams following workflows promptly.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of business processes and ability to write and understand SQL queries (Oracle, Postgres).
• Ability to analyze OS logs (Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) and application/database logs.
• English language skills are mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible and shift hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with MES and ERP applications.
• Basic knowledge of Unix shell scripting, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and Java programming.
• Background as Programmer Analyst, System Analyst, or System Architect.
