What you will do
- Analyze operations flow using data and simulations to improve overall efficiency.
- Design and evaluate operational solutions for tenders and new business opportunities.
- Perform network analysis to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding plans for new customers or services.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters and pricing.
- Develop new services and processes aligned with evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Business Solutions, Operations Improvement, or Transport Solution Design.
- In-depth knowledge spanning Operations, Commercial, and Product domains.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from scratch, specifically in operations process design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis with a detail-oriented mindset.
