What you will do
- Adapt sales pitch and approach for the Dutch market.
- Convert inbound leads into customers end-to-end.
- Qualify prospects and propose high-value solutions.
- Manage sales pipeline and key KPIs.
- Identify friction points to improve conversion.
- Contribute to building the foundations of a Dutch sales team and playbook.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience selling a product requiring explanation, trust, or structuring (SaaS, fintech, insurance, services).
- Comfortable building things from scratch, hands-on, structured, and proactive.
- Fluent in English & Dutch.
- Ability to obtain the required Dutch sales certification (Wft).
