What you will do
- Manage vendor onboarding and streamline approval processes for stakeholders.
- Triage procurement requests and manage marketing, workplace, and contingent worker agreements.
- Perform cost analysis, maintain benchmarks, and prepare vendor performance reports.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Collaborate with the legal department to review and ensure favorable contract terms.
- Assist departments in managing goods and services procurement within budget.
Requirements
- Must be based in Czechia or have existing sponsorship to work there.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis (Excel, Airtable) and documentation (Confluence, SharePoint).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in procurement or vendor management.
- Experience with financial tools such as Concur, Oracle, or Workday.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with experience in budget and forecast management.
