Junior Motion Capture Specialist (Gamedev): Participating in all stages of mocap recording and post-processing mocap data, improving CD PROJEKT RED's motion capture pipeline. Location: In-office in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Salary: 7 300 – 10 010 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

  • Participate in all stages of mocap recording.
  • Post-process mocap data – including solving, retargeting, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to organize mocap shoots.
  • Maintain and monitor mocap studio hardware.
  • Actively contribute to improving CD PROJEKT RED's motion capture pipeline.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working with actors on set.
  • Python scripting skills.
  • Ability to work with at least one motion capture software: Shogun, Blade, or Motive.
  • Ability to work in Autodesk MotionBuilder.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Willingness and motivation to learn programming.
  • Organized and time-efficient approach to tasks.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Genuine interest in motion capture technology and innovation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion capture recordings.
  • Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
