What you will do
- Plan, scope, and project manage all community business initiatives from kickoff to delivery.
- Analyze and improve existing project workflows between the Community and partner teams.
- Define objectives, milestones, and success metrics for all key initiatives.
- Drive accountability across teams and support strategic proposal compilation.
- Ensure project milestones are up to date across Publishing Planning and Community team boards.
- Prioritize and coordinate projects within the Community team and define its rhythm of business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on entertainment.
- Solid track record of objective-led and met campaigns and/or initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools; acute awareness of media and social platform visibility.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and adaptable approach to both autonomous and team-based workflows.
- Must be able to work onsite at Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.
Nice to have
- Self-motivated, interested in games, and curious about how things work.
- Experience with Monday.com.
