What you will do

  • Plan, scope, and project manage all community business initiatives from kickoff to delivery.
  • Analyze and improve existing project workflows between the Community and partner teams.
  • Define objectives, milestones, and success metrics for all key initiatives.
  • Drive accountability across teams and support strategic proposal compilation.
  • Ensure project milestones are up to date across Publishing Planning and Community team boards.
  • Prioritize and coordinate projects within the Community team and define its rhythm of business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on entertainment.
  • Solid track record of objective-led and met campaigns and/or initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools; acute awareness of media and social platform visibility.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and adaptable approach to both autonomous and team-based workflows.
  • Must be able to work onsite at Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

  • Self-motivated, interested in games, and curious about how things work.
  • Experience with Monday.com.
