What you will do

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user access, permissions, and security controls.
  • Build scalable automation to replace manual processes and enable operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specs, and structured workflows.
  • Analyse CRM usage patterns and funnel metrics to recommend operational and process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of data models, configurations, integrations, and process maps.
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and act as the go-to expert for platform reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in Salesforce Administration with Enterprise CRM experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), data modelling, and security.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process design, workflow mapping, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting high-velocity GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw CRM data into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with integrations, connected apps, APIs, and middleware (no coding required, but technical comfort is essential).
