What you will do
- Design and deliver high-quality Assessment & Succession solutions, including role profiling and succession planning frameworks.
- Lead and manage client relationships and complex projects spanning multiple service lines and geographies.
- Conduct research, analysis, and interpretation of client issues to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.
- Provide high-impact feedback and development planning based on assessment insights.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs and experiences in both virtual and in-person formats.
- Mentor and coach consultants, project managers, and operations colleagues.
Requirements
- Relevant advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) preferred; minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier professional services firm and/or in-house HR/talent role in complex environments.
- Established credentials in leadership assessment, succession, and talent management; ability to quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with assessment tools and methodologies and turning insights into development plans; certifications valued.
- Professional training as a business coach and a proven track record in leadership development design, facilitation, and executive coaching.
- Experience conducting needs analyses and designing integrated talent, assessment, and leadership development solutions that align to business objectives.
- Fluency in Dutch & English
