What you will do
- Drive execution of cross-functional strategic projects aligned with business KPIs.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and data tools to support business cases and performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards with Looker and Tableau for real-time insights.
- Track key business indicators and report progress to leadership to enable data-informed decisions.
- Identify process improvements and support cost-reduction initiatives across functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3–5 years experience in project management, business performance, or data analytics in high-growth industries.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with Looker and Tableau dashboard development.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Arabic and/or Kurdish is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Erbil, Iraq.
