  • Identify renewal and expansion opportunities and support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years experience in customer success, engagement management, or consulting.
  • Strong background in SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive renewals.
  • Experience with growth-stage or enterprise marketing teams.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in country of residence; no visa sponsorship.
  • Must be located in South America with required time zone overlap.
