What you will do
- Drive and implement continuous improvements related to sourcing systems and data.
- Ensure compliance with system usage and data expectations within Global Sourcing.
- Own and manage Global Sourcing BI solutions and system administration.
- Participate and represent Global Sourcing in cross-functional system and data forums.
- Conduct data gap analysis and lead data cleansing activities.
- Support colleagues through training and develop system and data documentation.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Lund, Sweden for on-site work
- Minimum 2 years experience in sourcing/supply chain focusing on system and data.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, BI solutions (preferably IFS, Windchill, Power BI).
- Experience with Ivalua and Confluence.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.
