What you will do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes using HRIS and collaboration tools.
- Collaborate with the HR Director on organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.
- Coordinate performance review cycles, OKRs, and feedback loops to enhance retention and productivity.
- Plan corporate events and manage internal communications to strengthen company culture.
- Analyze employee data and feedback to recommend structural improvements and L&D initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee benefit programs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a product or startup environment.
- Proficiency in English and Russian is required for team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred) and modern digital tools for process management.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Barcelona, or Vilnius.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered tools and survey forms for HR data analysis.
- Track record of building cross-functional relationships within distributed remote teams.
