What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes using HRIS and collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director on organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, OKRs, and feedback loops to enhance retention and productivity.
  • Plan corporate events and manage internal communications to strengthen company culture.
  • Analyze employee data and feedback to recommend structural improvements and L&D initiatives.
  • Maintain HR documentation and employee benefit programs to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a product or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian is required for team collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred) and modern digital tools for process management.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Barcelona, or Vilnius.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered tools and survey forms for HR data analysis.
  • Track record of building cross-functional relationships within distributed remote teams.
