What you will do
- Build and maintain a visual system for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), including templates, typography, and style guidelines.
- Create simple motion design, such as short animations for digests, explainers, and titles.
- Work with typography to ensure hierarchy, emphasis, and readability.
- Quickly produce templates, adaptations, and variants for different formats and platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in brand and social design with the ability to build a system.
- Strong typography knowledge.
- Confident motion basics, understanding pacing and editing.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Figma knowledge (components, library, auto layouts).
- Advanced Russian and English (B1) required.

- Experience building a brand kit from scratch.
- Portfolio (especially social media design, brand kits).
