- Provide strategic leadership for professional services engagements to high-value customers.
- Partner with account executives and customer success leaders to guide Resident Solutions Architects.
- Own the delivery of customer projects in your region to ensure they meet target standards.
- Represent Services in steering committees and support the development of the local business.
- Manage and mentor a team of Resident Solution Architects, handling escalations and building career paths.
- Achieve regional team targets for billable utilization, hiring, and revenue.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing and guiding consulting, delivery, or solution architecture teams.
- Strong technical background as a hands-on Solutions Architect.
- Experience driving software platform adoption in Fortune 500 organizations across various markets (Finance, Media, Retail, Telco, Energy, Healthcare).
- Experience with project schedule implementation and customer engagement.
- Experience with Databricks products, Spark ecosystem, and direct competitors.
- Travel is required up to 10%, more at peak times.
