What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Democratic campaigns and organizations.
- Conduct web-based training sessions for new and existing customers.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide logical, effective solutions.
- Assist clients in configuring and managing their fundraising and compliance tools.
- Act as an expert practitioner to ensure users maximize the impact of their digital workflows.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive ideals.
- At least two years of experience in political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits using fundraising or email tools.
- Experience with platforms like NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Exceptional patience and critical thinking abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or tutoring roles.
- Previous background in customer relations.
- Experience using NGP Classic or Mobilize.
