TL;DR

Associate Account Manager (SaaS): Supporting a portfolio of customers by building strong relationships, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth with an accent on customer experience and satisfaction. Focus on proactively building relationships and spotting growth opportunities.

Location: EMEA Remote, Must be located in the Americas or Dublin, Ireland

Salary: $60,000 Base + $25,000 Variable = $85,000 OTE USD (or equivalent in local currency)

What you will do

  • Manage a book of business, serving as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Support renewals and expansion efforts in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their goals and usage of Customer.io.
  • Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and surfacing opportunities early.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Billing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity in our CRM.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, remote environment.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
  • Experience working in SaaS or using CRM tools is a plus.
  • Must be located in the Americas or Dublin, Ireland
