What you will do
- Be responsible for Accounts Payable, including follow-up, reporting, and supplier communication.
- Process invoices from suppliers and maintain high-quality financial records.
- Process internal reimbursements.
- Perform various reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar financial operations role.
- Experience with AP management, booking in general ledgers, working with several entities, bank payments, and reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Naturally curious and comfortable with tech, using AI and digital tools to make finance processes smarter.
- English: Fluency required
