What you will do

  • Identify e-Commerce/CNP/OMNI sales opportunities within assigned portfolio.
  • Cross-sell / Up-sell new Solutions to existing and new Merchants.
  • Manage accounts and collaborate with Portfolio Managers.
  • Generate leads, tailor presentations, and establish referral partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Sales, or Marketing is required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Customer Relationship, Client Service, or related experience.
  • Bilingual French/English is required.
  • Proficiency in e-Commerce, CNP ecosystem, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
