What you will do
- Lead the team managing spare parts pricing architecture and develop pricing models aligned with business objectives.
- Implement value-based pricing and commercial excellence programs to enhance customer value perception and sales effectiveness.
- Support key account managers with tailored pricing strategies and growth plans.
- Establish pricing governance, approval workflows, and conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI tools and automating pricing processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work from France (Octeville sur Mer)
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field with specialized pricing training.
- 10+ years experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial excellence in industrial B2B aftermarket or spare parts.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with pricing tools (Syncron preferred), ERP (SAP), and BI platforms (PowerBI).
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global environment.
