What you will do

  • Support the PBP team in addressing employee questions and assisting in the preparation of materials related to performance management, and employee development.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment processes and helping with documentation to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing materials and helping collect employee feedback.
  • Assist in the coordination of initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and promoting teamwork within operational departments.
  • Provide support in Talent Mapping processes, helping track development plans.
  • Assist in collecting data and preparing materials for performance evaluations and development discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients.
  • Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other players.
  • Strong communication skills.
