What you will do
- Review and evaluate product requests and design changes to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze project proposals for feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and production time.
- Support customer development, design, and system/software integration activities.
- Develop and modify testing applications to support integration and formal tests.
- Lead finalization of technical solutions applying FAA certification knowledge.
- Recommend design and development improvements to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work schedule at Mineral Wells, TX
- 10+ years professional experience with 5+ years in aircraft and avionics systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience presenting to managers, clients, and customers effectively.
- Knowledge of design and development processes and MS Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including internationally
