What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of 6+ Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet or exceed monthly pass goals.
- Conduct daily team meetings to set expectations and production goals.
- Create and draft new email content for prospecting customers.
- Monitor team performance metrics and respond to feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
- Support hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline decisions for the SDR team.
Requirements
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and web browsers.
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Mastery of sales techniques including closing, discovery, prospecting, and rapport building.
