What you will do
- Develop social-first concepts, hooks, and formats based on brand goals and platform behavior.
- Analyze Creative Ads Reporting and other tools to understand performance.
- Perform deep dives into historic output to identify creative fatigue and growth opportunities.
- Create high-fidelity briefs, mood boards, visual references, and AI-assisted explorations for production.
- Collaborate daily with international colleagues for local and global brands.
- Present and "sell" creative visions to clients to build long-term trust.
Requirements
- Solid background working in an ad agency or high-performance digital agency.
- Passionate social media user, understanding TikTok and Meta platform rules.
- Strong visual literacy, able to curate mood boards and understand social-native editing styles.
- Enjoy the pre-production phase, collaborating with designers, videographers, and media buyers.
- Confident in client-facing situations.
