What you will do

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of website performance and campaigns.
  • Lead the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program, identifying optimization opportunities and developing test hypotheses.
  • Leverage heatmapping tools to analyze user behavior and extract actionable insights.
  • Own the end-to-end measurement strategy for the website, including Google Analytics (GA4) configuration.
  • Manage and administer tag management system (TMS) and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Conduct performance audits and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and drive conversions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6 years of digital marketing/analytics experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and cookie compliance tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Sitefinity or equivalent CMS.
