What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end release calendar for the Digital Draw Games portfolio.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate release planning sessions, stand-ups, and go/no-go meetings.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in partnership with DevOps.
  • Ensure all releases adhere to stringent lottery regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
  • Provide proactive communication on release progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Rome, Italy as part of a hybrid schedule.
  • Proven experience in release management, software deployment, or live operations.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience working in regulated gaming, iLottery, or iGaming environments.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and RNG certification processes.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in Agile, Project Management, or Release Management.
  • Experience managing third-party studios or external suppliers.
